Shipping Policy




Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If at any time you would like an update on your order, you can use our order tracker below! As always, our customer support team is here for you! Your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed. NOTE: All shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges. Business days are Monday through Friday (non-holiday). 



The cost of shipping varies, according to where you are. You can check your shipping rate, tax and duties (if applicable), and estimated delivery time at your check out. These information will be shown automatically according where you want to send your shipment to.



All orders of in stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST will be shipped the same business day*. Orders placed after 9 AM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Other items will ship by the date listed with the specific item. The shipping date is processing day, not to be included in the shipping length of time.

In general for shipment to Japan, Korea, China, it would take about 3-5 days; for Hong Kong is around 1-2 days.

Once we have ship out your order, a tracking no. will be sent to you by email, you can then trace where your parcel is at anytime for the most updated shipment status. 



We take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until needed information is received and confirmation process completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.



As much as we wish to ship you tour 5V power bank batteries, however, under the IATA Regulations, we are un-able to ship out any batteries at the moment. 

Our first APAC warehouse is now station in Hong Kong, therefore, any purchase from Hong Kong, Macau and China will be shipped with our 5V power bank batteries. We hope to have your support and soon operate more warehouse in more countries for a more effective shopping experiences for you all.
